Congratulations to Live-In Care Assistant, Angelina!

Congratulations Angela who is Carer of the month April 2016!

It is more difficult for live-in carers to be nominated as Carer of the Month because they only look after one or two people, and they are often not able to fill in a nomination form or give compliments to the office or supervisors.  For this reason, Angelina Martin has been chosen by the office staff as Carer of the Month for April.  Angelina has worked across both areas, and was nominated by Vicky as well as the Gloucester Office staff.
 
Vicky nominated Angelina for her work with one particular customer, saying that:                                                                                                                                             
He had been very poorly, and his sleep routine was completely disrupted.  Angelina worked hard to stimulate him to keep him awake in the day.  He now sleeps at night, and is back in his old routines.  He is also much happier.
 
Gloucester office staff said about Angelina:
She is completely reliable, always happy to help. 
 
She is caring and has a genuine concern for the customers.
 
She completes all tasks to a very high standard, and uses her own initiative to find things to do when the customers are resting and do not need her.  She has even taken curtains down and washed them.
 
Angelina chose a River Island gift card as her reward.
