We had a lovely time celebrating all of our Care Assistants at our Christmas Party this year!

Sarah-Jane Jones - (Rising Star Winner 2019)

Sarah is reletavely new to Bluebird Care, she is very bubbly and is always smiling, she brightens up peoples days. Sarah has finished her Care Certificate and has recently finished her probation - but has already prove her self to be a key member of our team! Congratulations Sarah.

Katie Dix - (Customer Transformation Winner 2019)

Katie was nominated for this award by her colleagues for the difference she has made to the health and well-being of the customers she supports. She has had amazing impacts on customers lifes and we have had plenty of feedback and compliments about Katie. She is a real asset to Bluebird Care. Congratulations Katie!

Kirsti Mace - (Supportive Colleauge Winner 2019)

Aswell as recieving her 1 years service award, she also won Supportive Colleague 2019 as voted for by her colleagues. She is constantly supporting those around her, and we couldn't agree more that she deserves this award. Congratulations Kirsti!

Jane Dunlevy - (Care Assistant of the Year 2019 & Role Model 2019 Winner)

Jane won not 1, but 2 awards! She thoroughly deserves them for all her hard work. She also recieved her 1 years service award too. She is a great support to all her colleagues and customers and an exceptional care assistant. She is a fantasic member of our team. Well done Jane!

Donna Jones - (Office Member of the Year 2019 & Work Mum 2019 Winner)

Donna's colleagues see her as a mother figure, someone who always has the right answer and knows what to say to make any situation better for them. She througly deserves both awards for all her hard work and commitment this year. She is a truely key member to our team. Congratulations Donna!
