Marie our Home Care Supervisors Anniversary!

Marie Compton, supervisor for Gloucester, Cheltenham and Tewkesbury has been with Bluebird Care continuously for 9 years,
Marie Compton has been with Bluebird Care continuously for 9 years, having briefly left us early in her Bluebird career. Marie has also had a number of roles since starting work with us. She came to us a care assistant. She then spent some time in the office as the care coordinator, but felt this role was not for her, and she returned to being care assistant. Marie is now back in the office as a supervisor, a role which suits her much better. She is very passionate about providing a quality service to our customers, and supporting staff to do the same. Marie is very thorough and methodical in her role. Marie was another member of the office team who worked really hard to create displays for the open day in Brockworth. Marie has completed the Train the Trainer qualification in moving and handling and now assists in delivering this training to new care staff on induction days.
