Bluebird Care Gloucestershire North would like to say thank you to all the carers who have helped out during the last few weeks to ensure service as usual for all our customers, despite the winter bugs, and often picking up the extra calls at very short notice. There has been real team work and dedication demonstrated, with carers adjusting plans, working outside their schedules, and visiting customers you may not have met, and/or are perhaps unfamiliar with their routines. Some of you have had to cope with finding unfamiliar locations, in the dark, which cannot be found by sat nav. You are all truly amazing and all your help and your assistance is very much appreciated.

The Gloucester office would like to give particular thanks to Jenny Brice and Lisa Scott, who pick up extra calls regularly and consistently.

Our office staff also deserve a special mention for staying positive and professional despite early starts and late finishes, ensuring that support is always available to carers in the field, responding to emergencies, offering advice and helping carers to get to calls, dealing with road closures, breakdowns, short notice sickness etc.
