Congratulations to Home Care Assistants Lisa and Gilberto!
Gilberto Fernandez has now been with Bluebird care for 2 years. He has built up very
good working relationships with customers and carers. Gilberto provides really good standards of care, and is kind and caring. A common theme in comments customers have made about him is that he makes them feel important when he visits them. Customers compliments for Gilberto include:
Lisa Scott has now been with us for 1 year. She has built up good working relationships
with colleagues and customers. She is very competent, and wants to do a good job. She is very keen to up-skill herself and is always looking for opportunities to learn and develop. When Lisa joined us, she had already commenced her Level 2 Diploma in Health and Social Care, which she was able to complete with us. She has now commenced her Level 3 Diploma.
She has also become a Proud to Care ambassador for Bluebird Care, and represents Bluebird Care in a positive manner. Customers compliments about Lisa include:
