The Carer of the Month for September for Gloucestershire
North is Debbie Kent-Mannion.
Since she started with us in January this year. Debbie has grown as a person and as a carer. She is keen to learn and has just completed the National Certificateof Further Education (NCFE) level 2 in Dementia care.
She is bubbly and caring and has a great relationship with customers and colleagues. She is always willing to help out and, during the busy holiday period, she worked outside her usual hours as well as agreeing to go out to additional customers on her round.
