Another Good News Story!

We have another good news story that we would like to share with you!
 

Jackie has been going above and beyond to deliver real person-centred care to one of our customers, Amy.
She has been taking Amy out for day trips on a Wednesday, and as the photo and selfies evidences, she absolutely loves it!

Jackie has said "Just a thank you to the girls in the office for sorting out these outings with Amy on a Wednesday! Today is the second outing and much like the first a massive success! Today’s drive out ended up looking around the Wye Valley where we had coffee, Amy was unable to pick up her huge mug of cappuccino and ended up using a straw, the whole coffee shop were in stitches with laughter! What fun we had today, thanks once again for enabling me to make a difference to a very special lady. I’m sure things are only going to get better”.
 

Donna Jones, our Dementia Lead says "I am so impressed with Jackie. Jackie has demonstrated the importance of person-centred care. It is so lovely to see these pictures and the difference it has made to Amy. This is just yet another example of how you can live well with Dementia”.
