Bluebird Care North Gloucestershire - Community Dementia Link Workers!

Its been a very busy four weeks for our Dementia Lead Donna Jones and four of our lovely carers!  

It's our final week of training for the Community Dementia Link Worker. This has been completed by three out of our four carers. They have now been awarded their Community Dementia Link Worker Award with our fourth carer finishing off this week!

They have now completed application forms to do the full Dementia Link Awards!

Donna Jones our Dementia Lead says: "I'm very proud of all our carers, they have been commited since the very beginning and will now support other carers and customers by ensuring the care we deliver will support people to remain independent in their own homes for as long as possible.
