We are delighted to announce that we have received our latest Care Quality Commission (CQC) report following our recent inspection in February.

The CQC are an independent regulator of health and social care services in England who monitor, inspect and regulate services to make sure they are meeting fundamental standards of quality and safety.

Our recent inspection was carried out over three days from 15th – 17th February, and we were rated as “good” in all aspects of the service. Customers and staff were interviewed by the inspector for their comments on what it is like to receive a service from us, and what it is like to work for us. Here is just some of the lovely feedback we received from our customers;

They are all really helpful and ready to help with anything.
the carers are very kind
I know the timings of visits, they stay for the right length of time and if they are running late they will let me know.
Director of Bluebird Care Gloucestershire North, John Chambers commented:

We are very pleased with our latest CQC report and continue to be extremely proud of the high standards of care our team provides to our customers every day. We would like to thank everyone for their loyalty, passion and commitment to delivering the very best homecare and support.
