A massive congratulations to care assistant Sam who has been with us for 8 years! Sam has developed long lasting relationships with our customers who have very specific requirements and is always ensuring the wellbeing of our customers. Sam is a real asset to our team and we hope she stays with us for many more years!

Paula is celebrating 4 year with us, she is extremely reliable and has an excellent relationship with one of customers who she takes shopping, which he thoroughly enjoys. Well done Paula, it’s great to have you as part of our team.

Sharon, Miguel and Mary are all celebrating 2 years with us, Sharon is very passionate and takes the time to get to know her customers whilst Miguel is always receiving compliments from customers for his excellent care standards. Also Mary has completed her level 2 diploma and is on her way to start level 3. Well done to all three of you!
 
Congratulations to Laura and Renee who are both marking their first year with us. Laura has grown in confidence and is very efficient and Renee is very attentive and always happy to help out. We hope you both have a long career with us.
 
Finally, well done to live in care assistant Maria who has also been with us for one year. Maria ensures her customers are well looked after, she is kind and promotes dignity and independence for the customers at all times.
