We would like to introduce you all to Poppy, our new Quality Assurance Coordinator
Poppy joined us on the 14th November and the main part of her role will be to ensure we keep our standards at the highest possible level, whilst supporting our team.
Poppy has experience within the care industry as she has previously been a domiciliary carer as well as an NVQ trainer. Poppy also has experience in working in quality assurance, as well as teaching on a health and social care course.
Commenting on her new position, Poppy said:
Living locally to the Gloucester office, I have heard positive feedback about Bluebird care and when I saw the role advertised I jumped at the chance to become part of the team. I am very much looking forward to my new role and supporting the team to deliver outstanding person-centred care."
