Congratulations to care assistant Louise Fitzpatrick who is July's Employee of the Month.

Louise recently passed her probation and has shown great enthusiasm for her role, with a great understanding of her customers' needs Louise goes out of her way to improve the health & wellbeing of all her customers where possible.

Louise is an asset to the team and works extremely hard both on her own and in a team. All of her customers have provided excellent feedback on Louise and feel she goes the extra mile for them during her visits.
