Care Inspectorate Report
The Care Inspectorate are the regulators of health and social care services in Scotland who monitor, inspect and regulate services to make sure they are meeting fundamental standards of quality and safety.
Our latest inspection took place on 7 March 2019.
We are pleased to say that we have been awarded grades 6 ‘Excellent’ in quality of care and support and quality of managment and leadership.
Detailed in the report were some great comments from customers that spoke to the inspector, which included;
I enjoy the companionship
I have had the same carers for some time now they are very good
I can't say enough about how good the support is
Director of Bluebird Care Glasgow South, John Perry, commented:
