Bluebird Care Exmouth is celebrating a career in care, and the positive impact their dedicated care assistants make across the Devon community every day, as part of a national drive, which launched on Monday 6th February 2023.

The more than just a career in care campaign, headed up by Bluebird Care’s franchise support centre, aims to share care assistants’ outstanding stories and the journey they have been on,  highlighting the benefits of a career in care and how Bluebird Care is so much more. The purpose of the campaign is so we can showcase why the Bluebird Care Exmouth can offer more than just a career in care.

With an increasing ageing population, more people choosing to opt for care at home and there is a huge demand for naturally caring individuals to join the care sector. Our campaign aims to showcase the benefits of a career in care and assist with the attraction, recruitment and retention of care assistants who are naturally kind and compassionate individuals, keen to make a real difference.

When you are a carer you can see you are making a difference in people’s lives. I certainly get a lot out of it, that’s for sure.
