We have been using Bluebird Care for overnights and evening meals for Mum. The domiciliary care team has been doing a great job over a period of several months. We have procured several care service firms over the past two years and by comparison Bluebird has good processes and the carers seem well supervised. Carers themselves appear to be very good, friendly and turn up on time. They are always on the end of the phone if needed. We are just about to increase the level of Bluebird Care for our Mother.
The carers who attend mum are always friendly and attentive. She is quiet and sensitive, but the carers put her at ease and treat her with dignity and do not rush her. I am happy to heave her in their care, confident that they will look after her when I am unable to be there.
We have had some excellent care over the last 3 years from Bluebird Care Exmouth. Dad considers all of his carers as friends.
When dad has had a problem, carers have called back in their own time to check that he is alright. When phoning the office, we have always been dealt with sympathy, understanding and a professional manner. We have not hesitated to recommend Bluebird Care to our friends.
When my carer Mel visits, it's not like having a carer. It's more like a real partnership. She is fantastic.
I was very pleased with the prompt and efficient service given to me by Bluebird Care Exmouth. I fractured my shoulder in a fall and needed professional care to shower and dress as I live on my own. One of their staff was able to visit me and take details on the day my daugther contacted them, and a carer was able to visit me the next day.
All the ladies that visited me over the 3 weeks were very caring, respectful and helpful. I would, without doubt, recommend the company.
