Bluebird Care Exmouth Increases Staff Wages and Welcomes New Recruits

We are pleased to be able to announce that we have been able to increase the wages of our Care Assistants by up to 11%.

We are pleased to be able to announce that we have been able to increase the wages of our Care Assistants by up to 11%.

 

Over the course of the COVID-19 pandemic, we have not only increased weekend and bank holiday pay by 11%, our basic rate of pay has also been uplifted by 4%.

 

The increase has taken our hourly rate (after probation) up to 5% higher than the local authority, Devon County Council.
