Celebrating the outstanding achievements of our Devon Bluebirds in 2017.
This summer, we celebrated the success, achievements, dedication and hardwork of our outstanding Devon Bluebirds.At Bluebird Care, our overall aim is to provide outstanding care at home to our customers who wish to remain living independently across Exmouth. To do this, we need an engaged and highly motivated workforce who feel valued and encouraged to contribute their good ideas, and who realise the importance of working as a collective team.
We want to recognise those who consistently go that extra mile to make our customer and colleague experience the very best that it can be. Our Annual Staff awards aim to do just that.
1. Rising Star Award
Awarded to Susan Harvey, in recognition of her exceptional qualities in caring and her drive, enthusiasm and commitment to delivering outstanding care within the last 12 months.
2. Above and Beyond Award
Awarded to Sandi Sherman, in recognition of her commitment to exceeding expectations, her determination and drive to deliver outstanding care, and for serving as a role model of integrity and respectful behaviour to others.
3. Outstanding Performance for Officer Team Memeber
Awarded to Frankie Rowe, in recognition of her commitment to going beyond the expectations of her role, maintaining a positive attitude at all times and for continuting to help make a difference to others.
4. Care Assistant of the Year
Awarded to Jenny Kendall, in recognition of her commitment to exemplifying outstanding service through his work, acting with patience, care and professionalism, and continuing to go the extra mile to exhibit a positive and supportive attitude at all times.
