We are encouraging older people, their families, friends and neighbours across Eastbourne, Hailsham, Uckfield, Crowborough, Forest Row and Heathfield and surrounding areas to think about staying hydrated this summer and how we can support vulnerable people in the community, who may be at risk.

Successful fundraising at Bluebird Care Eastbourne & Wealden in aid of British Heart Foundation
We are pleased to announce that we have raised a total of £166.84 for British Heart Foundation. This is a combined total from Sarah Cummings & Michelle Reed’s My Marathon just giving pages, along with the amount raised for “Wear It, Beat It” on Friday the 9th of June.

Some of our care staff at Bluebird Care Eastbourne & Wealden have been in today for a staff meeting, and having a trying on session for their red gloves and aprons ready for “Wear it. Beat it” Wear Red in aid of British Heart Foundation on Friday the 9th of June.

As a celebration of Sarah and Michelle completing their personal marathons and to take part in the British Heart Foundation “Wear It, Beat it” campaign, we will be hosting a coffee and cake day on the 9th of June to add to any money raised by Sarah & Michelle during their My Marathon challenge.
