We are a passionate team who are proud to deliver a high standard of care to our customers.

Jess works closely with the Registered Manager to ensure that the business is compliant, and the service adheres to CQC’s regulations. Jess is also the Registered Manager for the Rother & Hastings office. 

Debbie is a highly skilled learning and development lead with extensive experience in delivering apprenticeships in adult social care from levels 2-5. Prior to that, she served as a registered manager. Her passion for developing carers and managers and delivering tailored training has been a significant factor in her success.

Debbie was drawn to Bluebird Care because she appreciated the positive posts on their Facebook page and was immediately drawn to the friendly and positive atmosphere in the office. Since joining the team, she has found great satisfaction in supporting the learning and progression of staff in their careers.

In her spare time, Debbie enjoys reading, needle-work and sewing. She finds these activities to be a great source of relaxation and a way to unwind from her busy schedule.

Sarah is a dedicated healthcare professional with over 17 years of experience working in the care industry. For the past 12 years, she has been a coordinator and administrator at Bluebird Care Eastbourne & Wealden, where she has established herself as a valuable member of the team.

Sarah was initially drawn to Bluebird Care because of its excellent reputation in the industry. She takes great pride in her job, as she has the opportunity to help customers remain in their homes safely, which she finds incredibly rewarding.

Outside of work, Sarah enjoys spending quality time with her family.

Sadie is an experienced healthcare professional who has spent 1.5 years as a Field Care Supervisor and worked for first responders and patient transport for a high dependency unit. She recently joined Bluebird Care after seeing an advert that promised a good work-life balance which has allowed her to focus on the aspects of her job that she really enjoys.

Sadie loves the variety of tasks and the challenges that her job at Bluebird Care presents. She enjoys being part of a team that works together towards a common goal. Outside of work, Sadie loves to spend time with her family and enjoys exploring the outdoors.
