Thank you to the supervisor Sophie for all the support and help she gives to my dad and the carers who go to him. She ensures that both carers who go there know exactly what they need to do so my dad does not feel stressed out.

Complimented all carers who go to Helline and said they are very caring and make sure Helline is comfortable before they leave the visit, there could be times that they stay over to make sure all her needs are being meet and Helline enjoys having them around as only when they are around, she is happy and does a little dance for them which is lovely to see.
