I like the fact my carer doesn't just come into my home and be like it's just another customer. I feel really comfortable when my career is here, I appreciate the way I am being treated with respect I feel like it’s someone of my own coming in. I also like the way my carer asks me what I would like instead of making decisions on my behalf, all carer that have been coming to me have taken their time in doing what they need to do and not rushes as their time is up therefore I’m happy with the service I am receiving.

May I take this opportunity to thank you for providing Jill with the care you have over the past three months.  Without it she wouldn’t have been able to live at home for as long as she did.

Complimented Cornelia and the team for helping him towards his care, including speaking to his doctor and housing as his kitchen floor is in a bad condition and unsafe for him to walk on especially as he is in crutches. Julian is thankful for all the support he is receiving from Bluebird Care.
