Jodi Johnson 

Hi I’m Jodi and I am the registered live-in care manager.
I have been working in the care industry for about 19 years now, I have been a carer in residential and nursing homes, a childminder, cared for young adults with learning difficulties, domiciliary care and now live-in care. When it comes to care every day is different.
I love my job and could never see myself doing anything different. I love being able to make a difference and supporting others to for fill their wishes. I work alongside the most amazing live in team who also work very hard to support those that need care.

Getting older is daunting and not being able to do the things you used to be able to do can also be frustrating but as a person and a manager I also understand it’s the acceptance of having to accept you may need some support which is normal to feel that way but here at bluebird myself and my team are here to assist our customers to be able to stay at home

Live-in Care Coordinator - Isobel Ware

Isobel joined the live-in care team in June 2021. Previous to starting at Bluebird Isobel studied Psychology, Sociology and Business A level at College. Isobel works with both Customers and Carers coordinating care packages.
