Homecare Awards Winners 4th Year Running

We are delighted to be winners of this award for the FOURTH YEAR RUNNING. This is an amazing achievement for our whole team because this particular award is from the reviews of our customers.

Each year we ask all customers to review the care services that we provide to them. We ask them to tell us about their experience with carers, delivery of care, how they feel their dignity is treat, management, contact with the office and their overall experience. Customers are asked to complete these independently and when they may not have capacity to do so then a family member may complete them on their behalf. So many of our customers felt, safe, secure and well cared in their own home when we delivered their care. They build a good relationship with the carers and often look foward to their visits, outings and company. One family quoted "I don't where we would be without Bluebird Care" a testament to our whole team. Fingers crossed for next year too.
