The whole of our care team receive the best quality mandatory training with Bluebird Care. Training, ongoing and refresher is the key to our success as a quality provider. We know that giving your staff the best tools to do their job gives them the best knowledge to ensure that every individual we care for has the best outcome.

Our management team offer the best pastoral support for our care team to ensure that we keep up with our outstanding reputation. 


Lynne Churchill

Director & Franchise Owner

Lynne Churchill became the new Franchise Director for Bluebird Care Cardiff South and The Vale. Lynne’s background is in Sales, Marketing and Recruitment. Lynne has vast experience of working alongside partner blue chip companies throughout the UK. Implementing marketing strategies, sales processes and winning major sales. Over the last 27 years Lynne has gained a wealth of experience in this area working specifically in Healthcare, Lynne will harness her experience to move the business forward to the next level. In her spare time Lynne enjoys cycling, walking and outdoor activities.

Chris Churchill

Cerys Morgan

Registered Manager Cardiff South and The Vale

Cerys has worked in Care for 10 years, starting off as a Care Assistant and working her way up to Care Coordinator and then Care Manager. Cerys has managed multiple Bluebird Care Franchise’s since January 2022.
Prior to this Cerys qualified as a hair stylist although she always knew that her passion was caring for others.


In her spare time, Cerys enjoys going on lots of walks, visiting new places and spending time with her niece and nephews.

Karen Razaq

Accounts & Payroll Officer

Karen is the Finance Payroll Officer for Bluebird Care Cardiff South and The Vale. Karen has a wealth of experience working in accounts and joined us after working for another local Care Provider. Karen enjoys travelling new places, trying new experiences and spending time with her family.
