Employees of the Month

Huge congratulations to our employees of the month for April who have been nominated by the colleagues and peers!

Sharon

Sharon is our Care Coordinator for the Vale of Glamorgan and has been with Bluebird Care for almost 5 years. We have received lovely feedback this month regarding Sharon from our customers and her colleagues. Sharon is always on hand to help out and provide support whenever needed.

Courtney

Courtney started working with Bluebird Care a couple of months ago as a Care Assistant having never worked in Care before and has completely flourished into a wonderful Carer. We have received wonderful feedback from her colleagues since her first shift with us. 

Shannen

Shannen has been with Bluebird Care for over 2 years and started as a Live-in Care Assistants. Shannen now works as a Domiciliary Care Assistant alongside her university studies where she is training to become a nurse! Shannen is a wonderful Care Assistant and receives lots of praise from her colleagues and customers. Shannen has also just recently passed her driving test - well done Shannen!

Karen

Karen has been with Bluebird Care for almost 2 years and is our Accounts and Payroll Officer. Karen has worked tirelessly for the last 6 months throughout the nationwide Staff Plan data outage to ensure our staff and customers were not financially distrupted by the outage. 

Susan

Susan started with Bluebird Care back in December as a Care Assistant but has recently decided to work as a Live-in Care Assistant for a client of ours. Susan assists our Hub Coordinator with our Forget Me Not Hub on a Thursday and has received lovely feedback.
