A big, big THANK YOU to everyone who came along to our Dementia Action Day at the Third Age Project last week 🤩 

Lots of people came along to find out about dementia, how we can support those living with the condition, to take part in a singalong (thanks to Neera for leading us) and to enjoy a delicious lunch 🥪 😋
