The Cost of Domiciliary Care and Live-in Care

Importantly, we would like to mention that we do not charge a fee for any initial meeting or for us to carry out a care assessment. We are very transparent, and we only charge from the first visit of care and for all subsequent care that is delivered, no set up fees and no VaT.

We will put together a detailed plan for each customer which, as well as setting out the care to be delivered, also shows the weekly costs. Some people will be entitled to assistance with the cost of their care either from your local authority or clinical commission group (NHS). Please ask us for more details and we can share our knowledge and help signpost when necessary.

Weekdays: Hourly - £31.95

Weekends: Hourly - £33.95

Live-in Care: £205 to £240 per 24-hour period

Our Live-in charges vary, depending upon the complexity of care and level of support required.

Waking Night Care: Hourly - £33.95

(weekdays and weekends)

Bank Holidays: Hourly - Double Charge per hour

Live-in (per 24-hour period) - Double the agreed 24-hour rate

The above rates are based on a single care assistant supporting a single customer. If support is required for more than one person, rates will vary accordingly and will be discussed before any support begins.
