OUTSTANDING rating from the CQC

We are delighted and very proud to announce that following a recent inspection of our organisation, the Care Quality Commission (CQC) have awarded us with their highest possible rating for the services we provide.
We are delighted and very proud to announce that following a recent inspection of our organisation, the Care Quality Commission (CQC) have awarded us with their highest possible rating for the services we provide.The CQC are the independent regulator of all health and social care services in England who monitor, inspect and regulate services to make sure they are meeting fundamental standards of quality and safety.
An average of only 3 in every 100 care providers receive an overall rating of outstanding so we are in an elite group of high quality social care organisations.
Since opening our doors four years ago we have worked tirelessly to put our care asssistants and customers first and to make sure we provide and exceptional service. We would like to thank everyone for the amazing work and impressive attitude they have, it certainly is a team effort.
We have included below some of the comments by staff, customers and their families that were obtained and gathered by the CQC inspector and included in the report.
They are superb.
We always have the same carer which helps a lot.
It's a super organisation. They are always available and I can contact the office, no problem. They are genuinely nice and kind. I have recommended the service already to my neighbours. It's a marvellous organisation and we want it to last. I can't criticise it at all.

The carers really do care.
The carers were exemplary. The managers we dealt with on the phone worked with us without complaint, professional at all times and most importantly with respect kindness and humour towards my father in the last weeks of his life. I cannot recommend them highly enough.
