Spotlight on... Jade Warwick

Meet the newest member of our Office Support Team, Jade Warwick

My name is Jade Warwick and I am the Training HR and Recruitment Manager for Bluebird Care NFKW, Cambridge and Bedford. 

I am a massive family girl, being the oldest sister and cousin in our family I love spending time with my brothers and cousins. We love holidays and days out to our favourite places (Alton Towers, Blackpool etc..) An interesting fact about me is that I recently moved from the north, and I am starting a new life with my family and Bluebird Care.

I started with Bluebird care in July 2023, I have been getting to know the Bluebird Care team and customers as well as recruiting new Bluebird Care team members.

My role includes recruiting new members of the Bluebird Care team and keeping in touch with our current team in our office. I also speak to customers on the phone and help with the day to day in the office wherever possible.

Working in care has always been something I have been interested in, I have had personal experiences with care through family and it is a sector that I have been keen to influence and learn more about.

Each day of my Bluebird Care journey so far has been a learning day and I have loved every minute of it. Learning different aspects of the company has been interesting and enjoyable. It has been nice to bring skills I already had and adapt them to my new role.

Day to day in my job is different and exciting. I come in and look at new possible candidates for our Bluebird Care team, I speak to them on the phone and meet them face to face in the office. I meet with our care team members and keep in touch with them when they come into the office for a catch up. Taking day to day incoming phone calls from our team out in the community and our customers is always an enjoyable part of my day.

What I enjoy most about my role is how each day is different to the next, it is exciting and keeps me on my toes. Getting to know the company that my Aunty and Uncle have built has been so inspiring to me and I am so enthusiastic to follow in their footsteps.

I would absolutely recommend Bluebird Care to anyone who is looking for care and support for their family members or looking for a new career, no question about it! The work that our team do is admirable, they work hard to keep our customers safe and happy in their own homes.
