We are supporting Dementia Action Week again this year.

The Alzheimer's Society run Dementia Action Week every May to help promote Dementia and raise money to further their research into Dementia and Alzheimer’s Disease.

'It’s not called getting old, it’s called getting ill.'

This Dementia Action Week, the Alzheimer's Society are encouraging individuals and their families to seek a timely diagnosis and avoid reaching a crisis point.

Dementia diagnosis rates have stagnated, many are facing dementia alone, without access to the vital support that a diagnosis can bring.

Getting a diagnosis can be daunting, but we believe it’s better to know. And so do 91% of people living with dementia.
