Basic Life Support Training for our Care Team

At Bluebird Care (Bedford) we are committed to providing our customers with the very best care and support services at home. To do this, we believe that our care assistants have to be trained to highest level. In addition to their mandatory training we provide continued professional development courses including Pressure Care Awareness, Diabetes, Virtual Dementia Tour and Communication Skills.

As part of our training programme we provide yearly Basic Life Support training sessions, provided by Tony from TJ Training Ltd. We believe that it is important for our staff to receive yearly updates on Basic Life Support to ensure our care assistant’s skills are up to date with the latest techniques and procedures.

On Tuesday 16^th October we held a Basic Life support training session at our office. All our staff thoroughly enjoy this session and have found it provides them with a lot of knowledge as well as practical skills.
