We are delighted to annouce our latest STAR award winners.

We are delighted to announce our latest STAR award winners are Sandy Ford and Rachael Howard. They have both demonstrated above and beyond service to customers as well as supporting their colleagues and the management team.

Sandy started with Bluebird Care (Bedford) in October 2016. Since then she has proven herself to be a reliable member of the team, often helping to support her colleagues as well as our customers. Sandy consistently goes above and beyond to ensure our customers get the very best quality care.

Rachael joined Bluebird Care (Bedford) in June 2015. Rachael has become a valued member of the team, consistently going above and beyond to support our customers as well as her colleagues. She has proven herself to be reliable and often supporting our charity fundraising events outside of work.

STAR stands for Service to customers, Teamwork, Availability and Reliability.
