Welcome to the Team
We are delighted that our team is growing again, we have welcomed Anastasia De Souza, Mel Afriyie and Tonia Woodcock to our care assistant team.
They are finishing their classroom training this week and will be out and about supporting our customers over the next few weeks.
Their training included moving and positioning training, handling medication, safeguarding, infection control and they are also completing the Care Certificate. We pride ourselves on our training programme, ensuring that our staff have all the knowledge and skills they need to deliver the very best care and support our customers have come to expect from Bluebird Care (Bedford).
