Congratulations to care assistants Heather and Joanna, who are the latest recipients of our S.T.A.R. award!

Our bi-monthly team meeting took place this week and at each meeting we award one or two members of staff ,who have gone above and beyond to help our customers and their colleagues.

This week we awarded our S.T.A.R. awards to care assistants Heather Beeston and Joanna Allen, who each received a gift of a shopping voucher as a token of appreciation from franchise owners Karen & Doug.

The S.T.A.R. awards stand for service to customers, teamwork, availability and reliability.
