A growing care provider in Witney is holding a Recruitment Open Day on Thursday 8th November, so people can find out more about a career in care.

Bluebird Care West Oxfordshire, who provide a personalised tailor-made care service to people living in their own homes, are looking for committed people to join their staff team.

Charlene Chapman, Recruitment Officer for Bluebird Care, commented:

“Employing committed and passionate care assistants has been a huge part of our success in recent years.

We will only ever be as good as the staff we employ and our staff are outstanding! They are always professional and have real empathy for the people they look after.

With an ageing population, and people generally living longer, we are continually looking for dedicated, thoughtful individuals to sign up and become care assistants with us.”

The organisation’s recruitment open day will be held at The Corn Exchange, Market Square, Witney (OX28 6AB) from 10.00am – 2.00pm on Thursday 8th November. The kettle will be on with a selection of chocolate biscuits for anyone who wants to come along and find out more!

Bluebird Care West Oxfordshire Managing Director, Robert Mezo, added:

“We’ve helped school mums, retired ladies, college leavers and those looking for part-time work, all find a job they enjoy with us. Our aim is to ensure that applicants can use their existing skills, develop new talents and broaden their interests in the workplace.

Our staff team are excellent, and thanks to their commitment, we’re able to continue delivering a high-quality homecare service for those who need support in their own homes in Witney and across Oxfordshire.

We’re always looking for new recruits. If you’re looking for a career change then come visit us.”
