Bluebird Care Refresher Training

We believe that our (independently assessed, and nationally accredited!) programme of ongoing training is a big part of supporting our team.

We believe that training is an essential building block for the ongoing success of our team. We offer a comprehensive care assistant induction that covers theoretical and practical training across several modules. Our Care Assistants learn the majority in an initial induction and through our e-learning platform. We also host regular refresher training sessions. These sessions make sure that skills are always kept up to date.

Recently, we held our first in-person refresher training since 2020 and we all had a fantastic time learning.  The sessions are completed with full personal protective equipment worn to ensure the safety of all participants.

This is all part of the ongoing support our care assistants receive working with us at Bluebird Care Exeter, Exmouth, East & West Devon.
