We have been friends since he arrived. I am relaxed having Matt here. If I get into problems, I call Matt and he helps me. He helps me live my life. Matt cleans the house, cooks meals, makes drinks, and helps Ian with personal care. He also keeps track of Ian’s medication and takes him to doctor’s appointments.

We have found Charmaine's attitude to the family very kind and friendly every time we have visited, giving us a strong feeling of confidence in her abilities.
