Natalie Bonney

Head of Operations for North & West Devon

Natalie has 22 years of experience in care, having worked in the NHS, domiciliary care, live-in and complex care services, and nursing homes. Natalie is skilled in care planning, risk assessing, coaching, change management, training, home care, turnaround services and performance management.

Working with customers & their families to ensure they are well cared for and at the forefront of their care and plan."

Chloe Pearce

Registered Hub Manager

Chloe is Registered Hub Manager for the Bluebird Care West Devon Hub. 

Chloe has worked within the care sector since she left school; during her time in education she undertook work experience at a specialist learning disability nursing home. Once she had left school, Chloe chose to go and work there, providing help and support to people living with a range of learning disabilities. 

Chloe spent two years working there, before moving into agency work as a care assistant. This was a position which allowed her to work in a wide range of care settings, from hospitals and nursing homes to mental health, dementia, and end of life care. 

Amy Van Trump

Live-in Service Manager

Amy has re-joined Bluebird Care as the live-in service manager after taking some time out to care for her own family. Amy is passionate for customers to remain in their own homes and works with her live-in team to provide support to both customers and the team.

Amy has personal experience with learning disabilities, challenging behaviours, physical disabilities, dementia and end of life care.

She has a menagerie of animals including; dogs, chickens, ducks and rabbits and she loves the countryside!

William Flint

Franchise Owner

William is a former NHS and Social Care Manager. He has extensive experience of managing and delivering high quality health services to the public. William spent his early years on a Dairy farm just 2 miles from Tavistock and is passionate about the local area.

He was responsible for the joint delivery of Health and Social Care services for Adults in Exeter, Sidmouth, Seaton and Axminster. William has achieved a Masters Degree in Health Care Management (University of Birmingham) gained whilst on the highly competitive NHS Graduate Management Training Scheme.

William is driven by a desire to provide responsive high-quality care services, he is particularly keen to provide individualised services that enrich the lives of those receiving them. When not working William can be found surfing his "Mini Mal", at the gym or walking the Moors with his wife Sara.

Sara Flint

Franchise Owner

Sara is a Business graduate (Loughborough).  Her working career started in Business Management for British Airways (she was fortunate enough to fly Concorde to New York!!). Locally Sara has worked for NHS Devon and the local Stroke Network, based at the Royal Devon and Exeter NHS Foundation Trust. She also managed the South West NHS Neonatal Networks which covered the Neonatal units from Gloucester to Lands End. Sara has always had a passion for the standards of care delivered to older people. For a number of her adult years Sara was a care worker supporting older people and so has "hands on" experience of care. Given her experience as a care worker she has uncompromising standards in the area of customer care. Sara is an avid reader and loves walking, particularly on the "High Moors" with William and their dogs 'Poppy' and 'Ruby'.

Jacqueline Fyall

Head of Business Development

Jackie is an experienced Manager joining us after 12 years with the NHS.  She is responsible for the legal and ethical running of the business ensuring that both our staff and customers alike are happy and having their needs met.
