First Customer Focus!!

Every month we will be focusing on one of our amazing customers so that they can share their thoughts and experience of receiving care from Bluebird Care with the rest of our community.
This month we sat down with Mrs Gibson, who has been with us since September 2020. She came to us as she wanted to relieve her family from supporting her after she had a fall which had knocked her confidence throughout the pandemic. Mrs Gibson states “it’s a part of being able to talk which is great” . She has found that the carers have been great company and supportive throughout COVID 19 and enjoy their company and support on a weekly basis.

shout it loud, let the world know because we don’t know! We know about care homes and we know about cleaner’s, but we don’t know about the two lots together, who are ideal!!!!
It’s fantastic to hear how well the carers are doing in supporting you.
