Bluebird Care Tonbridge & Tunbridge Wells is supporting this year’s Nutrition & Hydration Week which runs from 13 – 19 March 2017. Bluebird Care Tonbridge & Tunbridge Wells is hoping to raise awareness of good nutrition and hydration and promote the importance of maintaining healthy eating within Tonbridge & Tunbridge Wells. Nutrition & Hydration Week aims to highlight and promote nutrition and hydration locally, nationally and even globally.

Bluebird Care Tonbridge & Tunbridge Wells is supporting Heart Month and taking part in Wear it. Beat it. in aid of the British Heart Foundation on Friday 5th February. February is Heart Month and this year the British Heart Foundation are urging people to take healthy steps to help improve their heart health as well as support their annual fundraiser, Wear it.
