Supporting Age UK West Kent Befriending Service
We regularly support our local charities and are pleased to be supporting our local Age UK in West Kent who have a befriending service to provide valuable voluntary support to people in the community. Our Community Liaison Manager, Nathan, runs Dementia Friends sessions for all their new volunteers and has been involved in their work for just over two years.

As we continue striving to provide our customers with a premium service, we have recently introduced staff name badges with the job titles of Care Assistant and Senior Care Assistant. Our new name badges help our staff in being proud of their role with Bluebird Care and also our customers to see their regular staff progress through their career as they move from Care Assistant to Senior Care Assistant.
