The final piece in our #RemainAtHome series looks at how homecare is very beneficial because of how it provides tailored one-to-one support. This makes a big difference!

Our homecare service provides each customer with a small team of Care Assistants who provide support. This small team get to know each customer personally and build up a relationship which makes a positive contribution towards the delivery of care.

In addition to our care visits service, many customers choose to have a live-in care service, which enables them to remain at home when continuing care is required. This is provided by a dedicated Live-in Care Assistant who lives with the customer for a number of weeks at a time.

Because arranging care is a big decision, having such a personalised style of care provision makes a big difference. It means that the care support each person receives can be provided just how they like it with trust having been built up.

We all like things done in our way and believe that as it is 'your care, your way', this is extremely important!
