When starting to make arrangements for home care, it is important to find a provider who you trust to deliver a high standard of support.

As well as researching several different providers and finding out how they work, you should look at their rating with the Care Quality Commission (CQC).

The Care Quality Commission regulate all health and social care services in England and carry out regular in-depth inspections covering five main areas. They ask whether the service delivered is:
  • Safe
  • Effective
  • Caring
  • Responsive to people’s needs
  • Well led
Every home care provider is required to display their rating on their website and full inspection reports are available to download from the CQC website.

The CQC will award providers with one of four ratings. These are: outstanding, good, requires improvement or inadequate. These ratings help you to identify the quality of care that is provided and should be an important factor when making a decision.

Our office has a good rating with the CQC and you can download the latest inspection report here. Whichever home care provider you choose, we strongly recommend that they are rated either Good or Outstanding.

You can read some feedback from our customers below and if you have any questions regarding the service we can provide, please call our expert team on 01732 373 024 and we will be happy to help.
The carers are amazing. They spot when things are dirty and clean them for me.

I do not even have to ask. They light up the room when they smile and really make my day.
The carers provide an excellent level of care and support me with all aspects of care that I need, they always go the extra mile to support me.
