Live in Care Assistant Maisie Recognised As Care Assistant Of The Month!

This month we need to give one of our Live-in Care Assistants, Maisie, a congratulations as she has been recognised as Live in Care Assistant of the month for November in Maidstone. Maisie has been recognised with this award for her continuous hard work, even when she has been working and focusing on one customer, she has still gone out of her way to support the office and solve a dilemma they had.
This month we need to give one of our Live-in Care Assistants, Maisie, a congratulations as she has been recognised as Live in Care Assistant of the month for November in Maidstone.Maisie has been recognised with this award for her continuous hard work, even when she has been working and focusing on one customer, she has still gone out of her way to support the office and solve a dilemma they had.
In this situation, the customer’s live-in care assistant was unable to provide support at the last minute, so Maisie, knowing the customer could potentially be without support otherwise, cancelled her plans and stayed an extra week with the customer.
Due to Maisie’s selfless actions, the customer continued to receive ongoing care and support.
Care Manager Zoe said:
Maisie really out did herself in this situation.
She was completely selfless and went above and beyond for the customer, knowing that without her, the customer could have harder a harder and more lonely week, which no one would have wanted – especially around this time of year!
