Each month we recognise one member of staff who has stood out in their approach to the role of Care Assistant and we are proud to announce that Liliana has been recognised as our Care Assistant of the month for August! Liliana received the award as recognition for her ongoing diligence and commitment to the role of Care Assistant.

Recently, Liliana demonstrated her commitment not only to her role with Bluebird Care but in supporting the office team in how she managed a challenging situation with great maturity.
In addition, she always wears a smile and is incredibly passionate about her customers!
