We are excited to announce that Donna has been recognised as Care Assistant of the month!Our Care Assistant of The Month award seeks to recognise the dedication and commitment of our fantastic care team. It is always difficult to select who should receive the award, however Donna has recently stood out in terms of her commitment to the role, passion and dedication.
Before joining the Bluebird Care team, Donna worked in sales and hospitality. She joined us after a short career break to raise her children.
Donna is always wearing a smile and brings sunshine with her to the office when she pops in!
Care Supervisor Ruth commented:
Donna is an absolute pleasure to work with. As well as brightening the day of our customers, she brightens our day when she pops into the office!
