We are delighted to announce that Senior Care Assistant Debbie has been awarded Care Assistant of the month! Debbie, who has been part of our team for over four years, was nominated because of the flexible approach she has towards her work and how she always prioritizes going the extra mile for her customers.

Debbie has a fantastic relationship with her customers and regularly shows her initiative in managing new situations.
In addition, Debbie attends every month carers meeting and regularly talks about how she would love to be our Care Assistant of the month so we thought we would oblige as she is a real credit to our team.
Care Manager, Claire, explained:
Debbie is a real credit to the team here in Tonbridge & Tunbridge Wells and I am very pleased to be able to announce her as our Care Assistant of the month.
She has been a dedicated member of the team since just after we opened the office and I am always receiving compliments from her customers and colleagues about her work.

Each Care Assistant of the month receives a certificate and vouchers to recognize and thank them for their hard work.
