The judging has been completed and we are delighted to announce that Samantha has received our Care Assistant of the month award for April!Samantha received the award because of her willingness to help out and her commitment to her role. She also demonstrated a genuine care for her role of Care Assistant.

It is always difficult to nominate one of our Care Assistants for any award as they all do such a good job.
Samantha has stood out because she is always willing to help out above what is generally expected of her. She loves her role and is extremely committed to providing premium quality care to our customers in Tonbridge & Tunbridge Wells.
Our Care Assistant of the month award is reviewed the last week of each month and announced in the first week of the following month.Samantha has stood out because she is always willing to help out above what is generally expected of her. Each Care Assistant of the month receives a certificate and vouchers to recognize and thank them for their hard work.
It is important for us to recognize the excellent work our staff do in their role and this award is just one of the many ways we recognize and thank our staff throughout their career.
