I find the carers very pleasant, helpful and jolly. Good value for money.
The carers are good and helpful.
Could not fault the company. The ladies were very good with our mam. She was difficult at first with them, but they put her at ease and were still very good with Mam. She needed to know what her pills were, what she was taking, and the ladies explained everything so she could understand, and took them mostly and this was nearly every day.
Our mam passed away on 6th October. She looked forward to seeing them. In the notes said Mam was crying and the carers comforted her. They would inform us if we needed new medication in time before it would run out.
They are ladies I would like to know as friends outside of their work.
My husband is just having two-week care while on holiday. The care he has received has been excellent as my husband can be challenging with his dementia. We would use Bluebird again when we come to Sunderland.
We were happy to find a care agency with male carers as Dad is a bit old fashioned and wanted a gentlemen to help him dress etc. Dad is very happy with the carers and chats with him every morning.
We all think of you and what you did for mum. I will always recommend and praise your services for the care and love you gave her. Please, if any of you pass the house and have time, pop in.
