August Carer of the Month

The August Carer of the Month is Maria Jefferies. Maria is a live-in carer. She is a popular choice with staff and customers in both offices. Office staff have said about Maria:Maria has gone above and beyond to meet her customer’s constantly changing needs, she has been patient and empathetic maintaining a positive attitude at all times.
She has demonstrated wonderful partnership working and communication, ensuring all relevant people - family, doctors, district nurses, specialist nurses, occupational therapists, and the office - are kept informed, and this has led truly person centred care which has put her customer first.
